“ Buying a Lexus for my wife after her last vehicle, was a great choice, but making sure we bought it at Lexus of Orlando was, without a doubt, the best choice. Naturally, when it comes to servicing her new vehicle, we have put our full trust into their service department. Not only are the facilities and amenities just incredible, it the entire staff are amazingly friendly. From the person who schedules your appointment, to the one that greets you, to the service advisor, the technicians themselves, and even the people at the Loaner department. On our last visit, we brought the vehicle in unfortunately due to an ongoing issue with the car subtly pulling to the right. They had previously checked the vehicle thoroughly, but had not found any issues. So on this last appointment, the Lead Technician actually test drove the car with me for over 30 minutes, checking everything, and he noticed how subtle the pull was and apologized for not having resolved it on previous visits. He was then thorough in explaining to me not only the mechanics of the vehicle itself, but what he could try to do to resolve the problem. I left the vehicle in their hands and I left for vacation with my family. Two days la r they had resolved it, and when I got back, the car was finally working to perfection. Did I mentioned they even arranged for me an Uber to the airport and back? I totally would recommend Lexus of Orlando not just for your car buying needs, but for any service issues you may have. Their prices are fair, even at the service and parts department, yet they still check and see if they have any sales or promotions they can give you. They listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to help you. Oh and let’s not forget their beautiful facilities and amenities. What else could you ask for? ”

“ 2007 Lexus rx400h window felt is melting on to window. To see the problem you have to move the window down and then up. Well Lexus did not clean the window once they moved the window up. Now I have black streaks over all of the windows. And they did not give me my “spend and save” discount. I did fail to bring in the coupon but they should still give you the discount. At my other dealership they give the discount regardless. ”
