We brought our 1998 Lexus in for 90,000 mile checkup and change belts. We were promptly greeted and directed to an employee, Laura, who quoted us prices for things that we wanted checked and serviced on the car. She then directed us to someone who gave us a loaner car to go play golf for the day while they were working on our car. During the day Laura called us to inform us of things that needed to be done to the car and they did not have one of the items in stock and it would be the next day before they could finish with the service. We had spent the night in Orlando so as to arrive early at the Lexus dealership and did not want to pay for a motel for another night. We were advised that Lexus would deliver our car to our house and we could drive the loaner car to our house in Lake Wales. We did this and we worked out a time for them to deliver the car. The car was delivered as agreed, but we forgot to remove my golf clubs and I had to play in a golf tournament the next day. After we realized this, we called Laura at Lexus and after several calls back and forth, it was worked out that someone would meet me half way between Lake Wales and Orlando to return my clubs. Needless to say that was not all. We were to attend a wedding at 6PM, so time was of the essence. We both arrived at the selected place at approximately the same time. The clubs were put into my car and I arrived home to make the wedding on time. And, due to Lexus employees help, I won the golf tournament We wish to thank everyone there. They were all so helpful. He showed me the benefits of a Lexus and never made a statement that made me feel he was not offering his product except to meet my needs. Ivan was a sensational part of the experience and consoled my concerns by his honest and sincere responses. The supportive role was comforting. Of particular importance was the personable manner in which I was treated not only by Arby and Ivan... ...but I was impressed by that same sense of attentiveness and hospitality of the others in your organization. Ultimately, no one made me feel like I had kept anyone until after 9pm including Donna in FL... I am very pleased to be driving a safe and beautiful new IS250. Its perfect! Thank you all...
